Your Investor or Seller has connected you with us to begin the application process. Are you ready to take the next step toward homeownership? Start by filling out our comprehensive online application. Please fill out this form, and you do not need to sync your bank accounts or fill in the liabilities section.

Document Submission for Application Review

Once you've completed the application, it's time to gather and submit the necessary documents for all borrowers. Depending on how you receive income, the documents required may vary. If you don't fit the following needs, then reach out to us directly. Here's what you might need:

The most recent 30 days pay stubs, if applicable
Most recent 2 years W2's, if applicable
For Self Employment income, the most recent 12 months of bank statements (all pages) are needed to calculate your income
The most recent 60 days of bank statements indicating your closing funds, if not already mentioned
Valid ID from any State or Country for each borrower

a. TENGA EN CUENTA: CUANDO ESTÉ EN LA APLICACIÓN, NO SINCRONICE SUS CUENTAS BANCARIAS Y NO COMPLETE LAS RESPONSABILIDADES (LIABILITIES)
2. Envíe un correo electrónico o suba los siguientes documentos para
todos los prestatarios: - Si ninguno de estos aplican a la forma en que recibe ingresos, háganoslo saber y le diremos qué podemos aceptar en su lugar.a. Recibos de pago de los últimos 30 días (si los recibe)
b. 2020/2021 W2 (si los obtiene)
c. Si le pagan en efectivo/cheque y simplemente lo deposita en su cuenta bancaria, envíenos los estados de cuenta bancarios de los últimos 12 meses (todas las páginas) para que podamos calcular sus ingresos de esa manera.
d. Estados de cuenta bancarios de los últimos 60 días que muestren de dónde provendrán los fondos para cerrar, si no es la cuenta mencionada anteriormente.
e. Identificación válida de cualquier estado o país para cada prestatario
